Love in the Age of Loneliness

A desperate protagonist tries to get a grip on their desires and engages in a heavy workout in front of the audience: What is a meaningful relationship and why is it so hard? Shouldn't we save the world instead? What is love made of? And could matchmaking actually be an option? Sociology might help, physical alterations ditto.

Love in the Age of Loneliness turns Sargfabrik's Badehaus into a vessel for the academic, the anecdotal and the absurd. 

Der Öffentliche und der Private Körper ist eine Veranstaltungsreihe im Rahmen von 30 Jahre Sargfabrik. Die Performance Love in the Age of Loneliness arbeitet mit dem Raum Badehaus als fertiges Bühnenbild, das Thema des privaten und öffentlichen Körpers findet sich in der Performance wieder: Emotionen und Körper werden oft als singulär und individuell erlebt, während die menschliche Existenz stark von externen und kollektiven Phänomenen beeinflusst ist.

Wichtig:
Während der Performance selbst ist Baden nicht erwünscht.
Nach der Performance darf gerne fröhlich gebadet werden.
