Wie kommt man eigentlich auf ein Festival-Line-up? Und wie tourt man durch Europa?
Wenn du dich das schon öfter gefragt hast, dann ist dieser Workshop Tag für dich.

Ob du selbst auf der Bühne stehst oder hinter den Kulissen arbeitest – diese Live Musik Workshops holen dich genau da ab, wo du mit deinen Fragen stehst: Wie komme ich auf ein Festival-Line-Up? Wie funktioniert Touring durch Europa? Was braucht es, um als Band gebucht zu werden – und wie steige ich als Booker:in ins Business ein? 

Am 24. Juli 2025 holen wir vier erfahrene Profis aus der europäischen Livemusikszene in die Superbude Prater, Wien. Sie arbeiten mit internationalen Acts, sind Expert:innen auf ihrem Gebiet – und stehen sonst selten für persönliche Workshops zur Verfügung. Eine besondere Gelegenheit, auf Augenhöhe ins Gespräch zu kommen, nachzufragen, und sich weiterzubilden.

Jeder Workshop bietet Theorie-Impulse aus der Praxis und Zeit für Austausch, Fragen und Diskussion. In den Pausen ist Raum zum Vernetzen und Kaffee trinken da.

• 09:30 - 10:30 Booking in GSA (DE) mit Hanna Döring (Cabin Artists, DE)

Hanna ist Booking-Agentin bei der EU+UK-Agentur Cabin Artists und betreut derzeit zwölf Künstler:innen und Bands im europäischen Raum. Die Agentur, gegründet im Jahr 2018, repräsentiert insgesamt 42 Acts – von neoklassischen Pianist:innen bis hin zu Garage- und Post-Punk-Bands. Hanna ist seit 2017 als Agentin tätig, kommt ursprünglich aus dem DIY-Umfeld und bringt ihre Erfahrung auch als Co-Kuratorin des The Sound of Bronkow Music Festivals ein – einem jährlich stattfindenden Festival mit Fokus auf Folk, Americana, Indie und allem, was sich dazwischen oder abseits einordnen lässt.

• 10:45 - 11:45 Artist Development via Playing Live (in englischer Sprache) mit Jean-Charles Medina (3Tours, FR)

Jean Charles Medina has been a booking agent at 3C, an independent show production and promotion company, since 2022. He started in the club and DIY industry in his hometown for several years and gained a solid experience. Having also toured, he worked in various facilities between support and booking in a venue. Jean Charles continued his career as a production manager in a large venue in Bordeaux. For 3 years, he has worked with more than 20 projects all over Europe and became the export reference in 3C. 

• 12:30 - 13:30 International Touring (EN) mit Rob McGee (One Fiinix Live, UK)

Rob McGee is a seasoned booking agent currently affiliated with One Fiinix Live, a prominent music talent agency based in London. In his role, Rob is responsible for coordinating live performances and tours for a diverse array of artists, including Chi$tian Gate$, flipturn, The Dandy Warhols, Zero 9:36, YNG Martyr, Goldie Boutilier, Arrows in Action, Archers, Sweet Pill, Karen Dió, Heart Attack Man and more.

Rob’s career trajectory showcases a deep-seated passion for music and a commitment to artist development. Prior to joining One Fiinix Live, he served as a booking agent at a boutique agency based in Brighton.

Before his tenure in Brighton, Rob honed his skills at The Empire Agency, an LA based talent agency, where he worked as a booking agent. His responsibilities included planning and executing international tours and live shows, ensuring that the artists’ needs and goals were met. Prior to this, McGee ran his own boutique Agency (Electric Harmony) in Bristol, where he successfully developed a number of artists including Idles, Demob Happy, Harvey Causon, October Drift and more…

In September 2023, Rob joined One Fiinix Live, bringing with him an impressive roster of artists. His extensive experience and dedication to fostering talent have made him a valuable asset to the One Fiinix Live team, where he continues to contribute to the agency’s growth and success.

• 13:45 - 14:45 Festival Booking (DE) mit Beke Trojan (MS Dockville Festival, DE)

Beke Trojan ist Head of Music Booking für das Musik- und Kunstfestival MS DOCKVILLE und das Spektrum Festival in Hamburg. Ihre Karriere begann sie im legendären Molotow Club, bevor 2008 der Wechsel zu FKP Scorpio erfolgte, wo Beke lokale Shows betreute und später europaweit Festivals sowie Headline-Touren in Deutschland buchte. 2018/19 folgte eine Station bei Neuland Concerts, wo sie Tour- und Festivalshows für deutsche sowie internationale Rock- und Pop-Acts verantwortete. Heute ist Beke Trojan bei Kopf & Steine tätig, dem Veranstalter von MS DOCKVILLE, Spektrum, Habitat und Vogelball.
